The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Deming role is onsite in Deming, NM, with pay of $20–$29 per hour. Services are provided in person in home, school, and community settings throughout New Mexico. Total Care ABA supports children with autism and their families. The RBT delivers individualized ABA therapy, implements BCBA-developed treatment plans, records client data, and supports communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. The role works with families and clinical team members to help clients make progress; local travel to client settings is required.
