What you'll do

• Perform and document comprehensive nursing assessments
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team
• administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
• provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral management
• educate patients and families
• monitor and report changes in patient status
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• participate in shift reports and team meetings
• follow infection-control and safety guidelines.
