What you'll do

• Develop and execute total rewards strategy
• modernize rewards and HRIS through technology, automation, and analytics
• manage compensation structures, job architecture, benchmarking, and salary reviews
• administer merit, bonus, promotion, incentive, and executive compensation programs
• oversee benefits, wellness, and leave programs
• ensure compliance across geographies
• lead rewards integration during mergers and acquisitions
• own HRIS administration and optimization
• lead HR analytics
• mentor HR professionals
• partner with finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
