What you'll do

• Execute or oversee carpentry, tile, drywall, cabinetry, trim, flooring, and painting
• review production procedures, schedules, and material readiness
• attend preconstruction and coordination meetings
• allocate resources and coordinate trades and subcontractors
• protect and maintain the jobsite
• communicate progress to homeowners and the Production Manager
• complete project reporting and closeout checklists. Requires at least five years of hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience and leadership experience.
