What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, soups, and other food items using kitchen equipment
• portion food according to recipes and standards
• maintain product quality and station stock
• keep the workstation clean and sanitary
• prepare and plate dishes with appropriate garnishes
• handle, store, and rotate products
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods and kitchen closing tasks
• attend scheduled employee meetings.
