The Registered Nurse (RN) — Adolescent Behavioral Health Residential Program is an onsite, full-time position in Columbus, Ohio, with flexible shifts and a preference for 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Pay is $38–$45 per hour. The role supports a male adolescent Qualified Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–18 with behavioral health, emotional, and trauma-related needs. The nurse provides clinical care and therapeutic support within a structured, trauma-informed residential setting. Through assessments, medication management, crisis response, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the role contributes to residents’ safety, healing, skill development, and long-term success.
What you'll do
- Perform health assessments
- administer medications and treatments
- monitor medication effects
- document care in the EMR
- coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and outside medical services
- support treatment plans and wellness education
- respond to emergencies using de-escalation
- monitor safety risks
- participate in treatment and discharge planning
- maintain regulatory compliance.

Why this role
Requires an active Ohio RN license and CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Adolescent behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, residential treatment, and trauma-informed care experience are preferred.
