What you'll do

• Prepare requests for quotes and proposals
• review quotations and conduct cost analyses
• negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times
• place and maintain purchase orders
• resolve invoice holds
• reconcile supplier shipping documents
• assist with supplier onboarding and item setup
• support procurement compliance and audits.
