What you'll do

• Process ownership transfers, new owner setups, and owner account updates. Manage assigned owner-related requests and work items through workflow systems. Retrieve, review, and reconcile owner, payment, and account information. Support direct deposit, address changes, and returned mail activities. Research and resolve data discrepancies and system exceptions. Support tax, regulatory, and internal control activities
• prepare recurring reports for monthly close and processing deadlines
• participate in system implementations, enhancements, testing, and integrations
• maintain process documentation and support improvements.
