What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• maintain incident and activity documentation
• communicate with site personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and company leadership.
