What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
• support daily store functions and opening and closing procedures
• help protect company assets and store cash
• maintain store, stockroom, and sales-floor standards
• supervise hourly team members when the Store Manager is absent
• assist with merchandise receipt, returns, freight flow, ordering, and stocking
• support productivity and store directives.
