What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals using standardized recipes and production guidelines
• set up workstations
• measure and prepare ingredients
• operate kitchen equipment
• use baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming methods
• ensure portioning, presentation, and food quality
• follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• serve residents, guests, and team members
• support additional duties as needed.
