District Installation Manager

What you'll do

• Lead field installation associates, including hiring, goal setting, and performance management
• oversee pre-installation and job-site inspection processes
• manage scheduling, job movement, service openings and closings, and customer communications
• conduct contract and measure audits and site visits
• address customer escalations and approve job expenses within scope
• use data and reporting to monitor cycle time, satisfaction, reorder, and margin targets
• train direct reports and coordinate with sales and service partners
• travel overnight typically 5%–20% of the time.
