What you'll do

• Review participant intake information
• discuss interests, work history, and goals
• complete SPDATs as required
• develop individualized housing plans
• verify eligibility and assist with benefit applications
• assess housing barriers and strategies
• provide referrals and resources
• assist with transportation when needed
• provide housing counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy
• document contacts and consent forms
• research community services
• and participate in meetings and training.
