Residential Sales Manager

The manager leads Vector Security’s residential sales team and supports a complete customer experience in partnership with Operations. The role develops sales talent, directs daily sales activity, and oversees performance against budgets and key performance indicators. It also supports customer acquisition and retention by helping representatives sell security products and services and by identifying market opportunities.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop sales representatives
• lead sales meetings, ongoing training, ride-alongs, and role-playing
• assign leads and ensure follow-up is recorded
• monitor budget and KPI performance
• report results and forecasts
• identify new market opportunities
• gather competitive information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules
• partner with Operations on customer experience.
