Lead Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Studio

The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Studio role is onsite in Bradenton, FL; base compensation is $33.00–$36.50 per hour, with target compensation after monthly bonuses of $38.00–$50.00+ per hour. The role supports the Medical department at Restore Hyper Wellness. The nurse leads studio medical operations by delivering nursing services, mentoring staff, and overseeing safety and compliance. The position also works with the general manager to support medical service performance and integrate care into studio operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver nursing care and guidance
• administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services
• provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals
• train and support registered nurses
• educate front desk staff on medical services
• ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards
• monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes
• partner with the general manager on activations and studio goals
• collaborate with studio leadership
• manage medical scheduling and staffing.
