What you'll do

• Support daily activities including cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks
• help individuals build independence and confidence
• accompany them on community outings, activities, appointments, and events
• provide transportation using approved vehicles
• assist with medications according to training and procedures
• support grocery shopping and personal finances
• complete electronic documentation
• build positive relationships.
