The Auto Body Technician (Flat Rate) is an onsite role based in Berea, KY. The role exists to provide an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles while maintaining high standards of speed and quality.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
• plan repair work and prepare cost estimates
• use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, and hydraulic jacks
• hammer out dents and apply filler resins
• realign chassis and frames
• remove and replace damaged sections
• weld and fit parts
• prepare and repaint vehicles
• complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
