What you'll do

• Prepare, update, and deliver training presentations
• certify employees on forklifts and other required areas
• discuss progress evaluations with new employees and maintain evaluation files
• schedule training and ensure employees have required equipment and access
• guide employees on warehouse processes
• identify training needs
• maintain required certifications
• support food quality and safety requirements and report deviations.
