What you'll do

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts
• explain companion parts and specials
• answer calls and provide quotes
• review body shop estimates for parts and pricing accuracy
• pull and fill orders
• notify managers and customers about stock and special orders
• prepare tagged body shop deliveries
• follow up on backorders
• replenish inventory
• bill internal parts requests
• process payments, credits, and invoices
• prepare shipments, deliveries, and pickups
• maintain counter areas and product knowledge.
