Project Manager / Production Coordinator

The Project Manager / Production Coordinator role is onsite in Peosta, IA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $60,000–$75,000 per year. Design Build Structures fabricates structural steel and is investing in leadership to support its growth. This role coordinates structural steel projects from award through delivery, connecting customers, engineering, detailing, fabrication, purchasing, and installation. It leads production scheduling and personnel while helping projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple structural steel fabrication projects from award through delivery
• coordinate schedules, production timelines, customer expectations, materials, and priorities
• serve as a contact for customers, engineers, architects, vendors, and internal teams
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
• monitor progress and resolve risks affecting schedule, quality, or budget
• lead and support production personnel
• coordinate across detailing, fabrication, purchasing, and installation
• identify workflow and communication improvements.
