SOS/MT Monitor

Job overview

The SOS/MT Monitor role is onsite in Evarts, KY, and pays $14 per hour. Cumberland River Behavioral Health’s community mental health team provides behavioral health and recovery-related services. The monitor helps maintain client safety and supports facility operations by conducting screenings, monitoring and documenting vital signs, maintaining client records, and responding appropriately to crises. The role also refers clients to outside services when needed and completes required shift documentation.

What you'll do

• Ensure client safety and confidentiality
• provide information to potential clients and referral sources
• conduct initial screenings and maintain waiting lists as required
• initiate and update client files
• monitor and document vital signs and general health
• refer clients to outside services when necessary
• take appropriate action in crisis situations
• perform hourly bed safety checks
• attend trainings and meetings
• complete shift documentation.
