What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• answer and direct calls
• schedule appointments and manage calendars
• check clients in and out
• collect payments
• update client and patient records
• communicate appointment instructions and clinic information
• coordinate messages between clients and the medical team
• maintain the reception area
• assist with records requests and administrative tasks
• and support clients during routine and emotional situations.
