What you'll do

• Set certification strategy, standards, roadmap, and governance
• partner with Client Operations on launches and production readiness
• oversee contractor onboarding through certification, nesting, and production transition
• lead curriculum and instructional design
• use quality, compliance, and performance data to address capability gaps
• build scorecards linking certification to operational outcomes
• lead the certification team
• manage budget and vendor relationships
• apply learning technology and AI where they provide measurable value.
