Under BCBA supervision, the RBT provides direct applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays. The role implements individualized treatment plans, records progress data, and supports children’s communication, social, adaptive, cognitive, and self-care skills.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA therapy in individual and group sessions in center-based or home-based settings
• implement BCBA-directed treatment plans
• collect and graph data
• document services
• communicate client progress and concerns to supervisors
• assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments as needed
• maintain confidentiality and safe handling practices
• and maintain RBT certification and supervision requirements.
