What you'll do

• Work with the Project Manager and project team
• assist estimators with cost estimates
• submit invoices
• support schedules and budgets
• set up jobs in Spectrum and Heavy Job
• assist with construction coordination
• create purchase orders and subcontracts and check subcontractor insurance requirements
• prepare job books
• participate in preconstruction and prebid meetings
• record pre-job site video
• attend onsite meetings when necessary
• support permits and renewals
• perform small takeoffs
• update Heavy Job
• track extra-work tickets
• print plans
• maintain electronic job files
• and prepare submittals.
