What you'll do
- Partner with the Director of Nursing on daily nursing department operations
- plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services
- lead the infection prevention and control program
- conduct infection surveillance and educate staff
- oversee wound assessments, treatment recommendations, documentation, and progress monitoring
- collaborate with clinicians and interdisciplinary teams
- participate in QAPI
- support survey readiness
- mentor nursing staff
- monitor documentation and care plans
- support admissions, discharges, care coordination, and staffing operations.

Why this role
