The Payroll Specialist, Global Mobility role is hybrid in Plano, TX. Compensation is $49.00–$49.62 per hour. The role supports payroll services and global mobility work across the company’s home office in South Korea and North American subsidiary.

What you'll do

• Maintain Dimensions timecards and Workday HRIS data integrity
• manage payroll processing through UltiPro, accruals, and source-system audits
• facilitate the global mobility payroll/HR workstream, including core profiles, tax equalization, and compliance
• manage leaves and supplemental benefit calculations
• handle Level 3 payroll and mobility inquiries
• support reporting and audits
• mentor payroll analysts
• and lead system-enhancement initiatives.
