What you'll do

• Lead detailed project estimates
• review RFPs, drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and client requirements
• estimate labor, equipment, crane, tooling, logistics, subcontractor, travel, and indirect costs
• validate vendor quotations
• prepare proposals and bid packages
• maintain schedules of values and estimating databases
• evaluate change orders
• support budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessments
• coordinate scope assumptions with project teams.
