Behavioral Health Technician, Third Shift

The Behavioral Health Technician, Third Shift role is onsite in Asheville, NC. Starting pay is $21 per hour. The technician supports clients and the Clinical/Operations Team by helping with intake, supervision, daily routines, recovery guidance, and facility operations. The role helps maintain a safe, consistent environment while documenting observations and following confidentiality, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist with client intake
• supervise and support clients
• provide recovery guidance using established models
• facilitate the daily schedule
• conduct and document random urinalysis testing
• monitor clients through rounds
• report unusual behavior or suspicious activity
• follow confidentiality and facility policies
• maintain hygiene and infection-control practices
• support daily operations.

Why this role
