What you'll do

• Safely drive a truck and trailer on public roads and at customer shipping and receiving locations
• maintain electronic hours-of-service logs and daily vehicle inspections
• secure cargo
• complete pre-trip inspections and load documentation
• operate required electronic devices
• communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, law enforcement, coworkers, and the public
• prepare products for unloading and assist with loading and unloading
• maintain regulatory and company records
• inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• plan and monitor delivery activities.
