What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
- diagnose and maintain advanced mechanical systems
- use appropriate tools and instruments
- handle a heavy workload of service calls
- maintain a professional appearance and clean work vehicle
- keep technical knowledge current
- complete accurate work tickets, startup sheets, and refrigerant tracking logs
- report business leads
- communicate with customers and coworkers
- build relationships with clients and vendors
- share technical knowledge with other technicians
- mentor Level 1–4 technicians
- diagnose and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers without assistance.
