The Food & Beverage Manager role is an onsite position located in Richmond, VA. 70 - $30.60, with monthly bonus incentives, supporting the store leadership team at Wawa, Inc. This role exists to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and consistently. The manager works alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver training for Customer Service Associates.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
