What you'll do

• Assess reports of physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect
• evaluate whether out-of-home placement may be warranted
• coordinate placements and parent-child visits
• develop and monitor care plans
• conduct monthly face-to-face visits and family engagement meetings
• coordinate with community resources
• prepare court documentation and attend hearings
• provide public information and referrals
• maintain client records and reports
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation approximately one week per month.
