The attorney owns personal injury cases from strategy through resolution or trial, developing evidence and advocating for strong client outcomes. The role includes substantive litigation work and close collaboration with paralegals and legal assistants to keep cases organized and moving forward.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute litigation strategy
• handle personal injury matters
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents
• review discovery requests and responses
• participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
• negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel
• communicate with clients
• review medical records and evidence
• coordinate with legal support staff
• and oversee settlements and lien reductions.

Why this role
