What you'll do

  • Prepare and assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • follow dietary restrictions and provide alternatives
  • prepare a variety of foods in large quantities
  • follow sanitation and hygienic methods and dietary procedures
  • follow verbal and written instructions
  • maintain confidentiality and a courteous, professional manner
  • and communicate information needed to perform job duties. A sanitation certificate is required
  • institutional cooking experience is requested, and one year of related dietary experience is preferred but not necessary.
