What you'll do

• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate goals and progress
• conduct intake meetings and assessments
• supervise an average caseload of six clients and technicians at capacity
• supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates
• develop and lead parent training
• coordinate with speech and occupational therapists
• provide direct ABA therapy as needed
• maintain confidentiality.
