What you'll do

• Provide medical direction and oversight for resident care
• establish clinical standards and protocols
• support complex geriatric and chronic-condition management
• participate in care plans and clinical pathways
• review quality metrics and outcomes
• mentor and guide nurse practitioners
• lead case reviews and interdisciplinary discussions
• support evaluation of acute changes
• participate in surveys, audits, quality assurance, and QAPI
• maintain documentation and attend meetings as needed.
