• identify and drive resolution of risks and blockers

• maintain Jira backlog structure and roadmap administration
• support roadmap-tool transitions and administration
• maintain delivery forecasts and communicate material changes
• coordinate release readiness
• report delivery status
• track actions, decisions, owners, and due dates
• use retrospectives and delivery data to identify process improvements.
