What you'll do

• Lead and assign daily crew work
• conduct safety talks and job hazard analyses
• oversee traffic control and PPE compliance
• coach and train team members
• perform and oversee vegetation, drainage, sign, fence, concrete, and asphalt maintenance
• inspect vehicles and equipment
• maintain work orders and records
• participate in scheduled on-call emergency response.
