Regional Account Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee client accounts in an assigned territory
• coordinate field service engineer schedules for maintenance, installation, and repair
• manage emergency service requests and expedited parts coordination
• coordinate across departments to fulfill service-level agreements
• respond to client emails and calls
• prepare field service reports and price quotations.
