What you'll do

• Tour prospective residents through apartment homes and amenities
• answer phones and respond to leasing inquiries
• assist walk-in prospects
• follow up with leads
• highlight apartment features and neighborhood benefits
• prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
• provide customer service to prospective and current residents
• maintain traffic, lead, and leasing records
• support occupancy goals.
