What you'll do

• Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot software applications, integrations, and automation scripts
• translate customer needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
• support containerization, deployment, and troubleshooting in Kubernetes and use OpenShift where applicable
• investigate issues and implement corrective actions
• coordinate engineering deliverables and integration activities
• help develop scope, estimates, resource plans, and schedules
• track progress and support project reporting
• maintain requirements, design, deployment, and support documentation
• serve as a technical liaison
• support process improvements and software tool administration as needed.
