Accounting Specialist

What you'll do

• Add new employees and work authorizations
• correct and import timesheets and labor journals
• enter bills and payments and set up client payments
• maintain billing schedules and apply cash receipts
• reconcile cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and labor
• enter payroll and credit card transactions
• perform other duties as assigned.
