Crew Chief — Restaurant Operations

The Crew Chief role is onsite in Waco, TX. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports the IHOP restaurant team in preparing staff, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs and deliver customer service. The Crew Chief helps coordinate employee duties, training, and performance while keeping the team informed about menu items and promotions. The role also supports scheduling, portion control, delivery checks, and cash-handling procedures to maintain efficient restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing personnel, equipment, and supplies
• assign employee duties and encourage teamwork
• communicate menu items, specials, and promotional materials
• assist with new-hire orientation and refresher training
• supervise employee performance and behavior
• review time cards and adjust schedules to restaurant needs
• enforce portion control
• check deliveries for accuracy and quality
• handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
