What you'll do

• Performs professional nursing duties per facility policies and State of New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams on resident care plans.
• Institutes protocols for falls prevention, behavior management, and skin integrity.
• Assesses and documents changes in resident status.
• Provides leadership and delegates workload to direct caregivers.
• Administers medications and treatments.
