Community Relations Specialist

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• generate referrals and develop accounts and partnership opportunities
• conduct outreach visits, presentations, and facility tours
• represent the organization at community events and professional meetings
• manage referral-source follow-up and CRM activity
• collaborate with admissions and clinical teams
• assist with educational events
• maintain knowledge of programs, levels of care, and patient placement.
