The Mobile HVAC/R Technician II works onsite in Blue Ash, OH, and the surrounding Greater Cincinnati area. Compensation is $33–$35 per hour, with weekly pay. Omnia360 Facility Solutions provides integrated facility services to corporate, education, and industrial clients. The technician maintains, diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces commercial HVAC/R systems and related controls. Responding to maintenance requests and keeping equipment functioning supports clients’ facility operations and productivity.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment
• diagnose commercial heating and air-conditioning problems and repair or replacement needs
• test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls
• respond to emergency maintenance requests, including off-hour emergencies
• inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment
• use the CMMS work-order system.
