Associate Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage inventory and product stocking
• obtain clinical documentation for billable episodes of care
• measure and apply orthopedic soft-good devices
• screen calls and emails about patient status and report potential problems
• provide resources and in-service training to nursing and therapy staff as needed
• work under clinical supervision and follow delegated tasks and patient-care procedures
• document care and report changes
• collaborate with nurses and team members
• participate in the territory team’s call rotation for weekend and after-hours hospital service.
