The Project Manager — Manufacturing and Capital Projects role is onsite in Coldwater, MI; compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Elmet Technologies is an advanced manufacturer of refractory metals and precision-engineered products, and this role supports its Operations organization. The project manager leads technical and capital initiatives from concept through startup, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning. The work helps improve manufacturing equipment, processes, and facilities and transitions completed projects into Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead technical and capital projects from concept through completion
• develop project strategies, objectives, and engineering packages
• define design requirements and scopes
• evaluate technologies and equipment
• develop specifications, process flow sheets, and layouts
• manage schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• coordinate procurement, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, and startup
• track performance and risks
• communicate status and maintain documentation
• support operational handoff.
