Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Personal Care Aide (PCA) is an onsite, part-time role in Erie, PA, paying $15–$17 per hour. Gem City PCS provides care and support to clients in the community. Monitoring and reporting changes, while respecting client dignity and confidentiality, supports consistent and individualized care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• perform light housekeeping
• support mobility and transportation as needed
• follow instructions and adapt to clients’ needs
• maintain confidentiality and respect client dignity.
